Texas Style Pan Handle Rib Steaks
These Pan Handles are a monster of a steak, it is prime Aberdeen Angus dry aged matured (minimum 21 days) it has a gorgeous marbelled appearance for a sublime texture and delicious flavour. Taken from the forerib of beef this cut of meat is now for its muscle and extra juicy taste
Dry ageing involved the beef being hung for long enough that the moisture gradually evaporates and the fibres soften. This is great news for you as the weight you purchase is all meat and no water weight giving you even better value for money
With a minimum weight 700g each these really are the bad boys of the steak world, can you handle it?
For best results take beef out of the fridge and let it gradually reach room temperature before cooking, we recommend using the reverse seal cooking method. Slow cook for 30 minutes and then grill to your liking, 2-3 minutes each side
